Een enkeling nog aan verse ui, wortel en paprika maar dan hebben we het meestal wel gehad. Toch zijn er waanzinnig veel groente dat echt heerlijk is om een salade van te maken of je in een smoothy kunt stoppen. Hieronder zie je groente die alle rauw gegeten kunnen worden. Wanneer je het snel koud hebt kijk dan in mijn boek \u201cTe koud? Te warm? Eet wat bij je past\u201d welke groente je lichaam koud maken en welke dat niet doet. Zo is wortel en venkel bijvoorbeeld thermisch warm, terwijl tomaat en komkommer juist je lijf koud maken.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7i4u\" data-offset-key=\"ekcsg-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"ekcsg-0-0\">Wortel, venkel,tomaat,pastinaak, komkommer, avocado, andijvie,koolrabi.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7i4u\" data-offset-key=\"4nd3t-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4nd3t-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"4nd3t-0-0\">Snij het in kleine stukje, vooral de pastinaak. Maak van olijfolie en walnootolie met wat honing, azijn en mosterd een sausje.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7i4u\" data-offset-key=\"8hnch-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"8hnch-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"8hnch-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"7i4u\" data-offset-key=\"8vpp6-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"8vpp6-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"8vpp6-0-0\">Probeer te experimenteren en verrassende groente door elkaar te mengen. Neem in de supermarkt eens de dingen mee die je normaal laat liggen.
